By using the Pintej application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of the service
Pintej is a digital coloring application (iOS at launch) that lets you color illustrations, create books from photos, and share creations. Some features are free; others require Lifetime Premium (a one-time purchase, no subscription) or AI credits.
2. User account
You can use Pintej without an account (local editing). An account (Apple, Google or email) is required for AI and credits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Intellectual property
Official illustrations, designs, and app content are the property of Pintej / Onywave or its partners. They are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written authorization.
4. User content
By sharing your colorings via the community (when available), you grant Pintej a non-exclusive license to display that content. You retain ownership of your creations.
5. Lifetime Premium and purchases
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal. It unlocks the app's full workshop (higher page and book limits, all coloring tools, palettes and text styles, HD export, unlimited printing) on the devices linked to your store account, Family Sharing included; you get it back with "Restore purchases". It does not include AI credits or future book collections, which are sold separately; 10 AI credits are offered once at purchase, on your signed-in Pintej account. "Lifetime" means for as long as the Pintej app is operated. In the app, Lifetime Premium and credit packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play: billing and refund terms are Apple's or Google's. On pintej.app, AI credit packs are paid by card through our payment provider Stripe; the displayed price is the final price.
6. AI credits
An AI credit lets you generate one image with Pintej's artificial intelligence; the number of credits required is shown before each generation. Your credits are tied to your account and can be used on the website and in the app, wherever you bought them. They do not expire. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Free credits (welcome, weekly credits) have no monetary value.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. When buying on the website, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they are added to your account. To request a refund for a website purchase, contact us; for an in-app purchase, contact Apple or Google. A Lifetime Premium refund granted by Apple or Google removes Premium access. A refunded or disputed purchase removes the corresponding credits, even if they have already been used: your balance may then become negative, and AI generation stays unavailable until it is positive again.
8. Conduct
Use of Pintej must comply with applicable laws. Any abusive behavior, offensive content, or attempts to circumvent the application's protections may result in account suspension.
9. Limitation of liability
Pintej is provided "as is." We strive to ensure service availability and reliability but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
